The medical services are provided by a central regional hospital (95 beds), an outpatient hospital (25) at the regional hospital, Klyastitzy and Krasnopolye ambulance stations, Zaborye skilled nursing facility (10) and 9 feldsher-midwife stations.

The staff includes 22 doctors and 120 paramedics.
